Ticket Options

There are two ticket prices available for attendees.  The second option has a variety of different accommodations to suit the needs of families

1.  Outdoor Camping – Cheaper option – £75 per person

This is the cheaper option but it requires attendees to bring their own tents, sleeping bags and other items required to undertake a camping weekend.  So whilst the option may be initially less in terms of costs , families need to factor in the associated costs for the additional items you may need.

Children under the age of 5 are welcome but will only be able to access the activities which are suitable for the children for this age range.  Some of the activities will be age limited for insurance purposes.

2.  Pre-erected accommodation – £120 per person

This ticket is the ideal solution for families on their first camping trip.  There is no need to purchase a tent or sleeping equipment.  Families will have beds and linen so need to bring anything from home.  There is also the added bonus that there is no setup time needed – just check in and go!

Under 5s are charged at £50 for the cost of the bed.  However, the activities are suitable for children over the age of 5 but under 5s can participate in some of the activities.

The options under this ticket type are

Glamping Bell Tents – Sleeping under the canvas, you will have an on the ground mattress and bedding and this option requires a minimum of 4 people per Bell Tent.  Families will be using shared toilets and showers.

Glamping – Wooden Lodges – for those who want to sleep on actual beds (or from larger families) but still want to feel the camping vibe, the wooden lodges are perfect.  There will be 5 bunkbeds per lodge and there needs to be a minimum of 7 people per lodge. Families will be using shares toilets and showers.

Indoor – Dormitories.  There are three traditional accommodation blocks which house a number of dormitories.  Each dorm will sleep two people in bunkbeds.  This is the ideal choice for families who want to sleep indoors,  Those sleeping in the dorms will have access to dorm only toilet and showers which will only be used by others sleeping in that block.
