In order for communities to strengthen and strive the need for strong menotrs and leaders from with in organisaitons and communities are needed.  Often, even when these individuals are found and keen to step forward, there is often a skill shortage or a knoeldge gap.  True empowerment starts from those who are inspiring future generations to have the skill set and knowledge to coach, empower and pass on these vital skills for future generations.
