ACCOMMODATION
With something in mind for all the different types of families out there… If you are a camping family then join the adventure in the camping field but if this your first experience of your time in the outdoors. Fear not, we have you covered! From serene bell tents to eco lodges to traditional indoor accommodation you can have the best outdoor experience without breaking the bank!
Ticket Options
There are two ticket prices available for attendees. The second option has a variety of different accomodations to suit the needs of families
1. Outdoor Camping – Cheaper option – £75 per person
This is the cheaper option but it requires attendees to bring their own tents, sleeping bags and other items required to undertake a camping weekend. So whilst the option may be initially less in terms of costs , families need to factor in the associated costs for the additional items you may need,
2. Pre-erected accommodation – £115 per person
This ticket is the ideal solution for families on their first camping trip. There is no need to purchase a tent or sleeping equipment. Families will have beds and linen so need to bring anything from home. There is also the added bonus that there is no setup time needed – just check in and go!
The options under this ticket type are
Glamping Bell Tents – Sleeping under the canvas, you will have an on the ground mattress and bedding and this option requires a minimum of 4 people per Bell Tent. Families will be using shared toilets and showers.
Glamping – Wooden Lodges – for those who want to sleep on actual beds (or from larger families) but still want to feel the camping vibe, the wooden lodges are perfect. There will be 5 bunkbeds per lodge and there needs to be a minimum of 7 people per lodge. Families will be using shares toilets and showers.
Indoor – Dormitories. There are three traditional accommodation blocks which house a number of dormitories. Each dorm will sleep two people in bunkbeds. This is the ideal choice for families who want to sleep indoors, Those sleeping in the dorms will have access to dorm only toilet and showers which will only be used by others sleeping in that block.
Camping
Pitch up your own tent in the camping field. If you don’t have a tent don’t worry, there is lots of information on our FAQs page to help you when choosing one. There is plenty of space to camp and there will be access to everything you need for a comfortable weekend.

Glamping- Bell Tent
Looking for a Bouji break. Nothing is more serene and pretty than spending a few nights in a gorgeous bell tent. No need to bring any equipments, futon beds with mattresses and bedding are included. If you wish to make the tent even more special then fiary lights and bunting are a must!
Faciltiies: 6 per tent, beds and bedding included. Shared bathroom and toilet facilities.
Glamping : Lodges
What better way to connect with nature than staying in the brand new eco style wooden lodges. Fitting beautifully into a woodland setting, it is the perfect base for first time adventure seekers. Ideal for larger families and groups, there are 10 beds per lodge.
Facilities: all bedding included. Real adventure feel in these rustic lodges. Bunk bed style sleeping arrangements. Shared toilet and shower facilities per block.
Indoors : Dormitories
In traditional camp style bunk accommodation, these rooms are suited for groups as there are single or two bedroom options available. Most bedrooms have their own sinks and there are communal shower and toilet blocks per floor / building.
Facilities : all bedding included. smaller 1 / 2 beds per floor, Sink in most rooms, shared toilet and shower facilities per block.
